Not reliably yet. The sample review works on text-based PDFs — pages with selectable text such as specification sections, addenda, and bid instructions. Image-only or scanned pages are not read, and we do not claim scanned-drawing coverage.

Can it compare an addendum with the original package?

It reads the documents you send, including addenda, and reports addenda changes and requirements it finds, each with a source reference. A formal side-by-side comparison of an addendum against the original package is not part of the sample review.

Does it cover controls, insulation, and requirements outside Division 23?

The review focuses on Division 23 mechanical. When a finding touches adjacent scope — such as controls sequences or insulation — it is surfaced as a scope question rather than a complete analysis of that division.

Yes. Each finding in a sample review carries the source reference it came from — the specification section, drawing number, or document name — so your team can verify it directly.
